origin. Due to their business expansion, they are seeking to recruit
suitable candidates for the position stated below:-
Credit Underwriting Executive
Responsibilities: -
- To carry out credit underwriting function for Mortgage Loan
applications
- Credit processing undertaken is performed in accordance and
incompliance with internal and external guidelines
- Perform credit underwriting on loan applications and grant
approval
- Concurs loan applications recommended for approval, if not
within approving autonomy
- Decision to defer and reject loan applications is justified
and in accordance with guidelines
- Prepare documentations
- Ensure that the credit processing is performed within the
Standard Turnaround Time
- Ensure that the usage of CTOS and CCRIS checking is in line
with guidelines
- Exercise tactfulness and demonstrate professionalism in
dealing with customers, agents and other related parties
- Attend internal and external course nominated
Requirements: -
- At least a Diploma and Degree with at least 1 year working
experience relating to credit processing and underwriting of Mortgage /
House loan application.
- Good communication and analytical skill
- Good command with English and Malay, both spoken and written.
- 5 working days
