Operation Executive- Bukit Bintang Malaysia

Times Management Consultancy - We are a well established recruitment
agency from KL.

Our client is a Worldwide Financial Service Provider origin from Europe
with offices all over the world. They core business are in: Banking,
Insurance, Investment Fund, Re-Insurance.

In line with their expansion plan in Malaysia, they are seeking:

Operation Executive

Location: Based in Bukit Bintang

Type of employment: Permanent with 2 months contractual bonus

Mission of the job:

· Assist the manager in managing projects that will realize
strategic benefits for Bancassurance.

· Liaise and coordinate with relevant departments in the
initiation to implementation stage of the projects.

· Preparation of project brief, mandate, URS etc for project
assign by superior.

· Liaise & coordinate with ISS and relevant personnel for
enhancement to Banca Portal and preparation of CRs and perform UAT.

· Monitor and ensure Banca Portal are always working
efficiently and provide accurate reporting.

· Any other related tasks assign by the manager.

and objective, monitors achievement.

and get others to buy in to the vision and strategy of the company
vision.

inter-dept. work related activities and also all the subordinates.

the right action to compete in, analyse impacts on the business, analyse

on the opportunities they offer.

7. Strategic Leadership Knowledge – to provide a clear sense

its future success on the sales line.

8. Change management – The attitude, receptiveness and
response of the staff towards change and able to contribute, influence
and promote change for organizational effectiveness. Believes change is
necessary and initiates change to greater effectiveness.

9. Knowledge of Individual life, General and Employee Benefits
operations.

10. IT savvy

Requirements:

1. Minimum Degree from IT Discipline with Business Minded

2. Relevant experience in an insurance company, preferably in the
areas of Project/ Portal /IT and operational matters.
