Our client,
an International Oil & Gas company, is currently looking for:

Offshore Maintenance
Superintendent

Job
Description:
· Demonstrate
appropriate safety behaviors and commitment to environmental policies
· Emergency response
duties as required
· For ensuring that all
of the staff follow Operating Principals without compromise
· Identify safety
hazards, review and plan work, prioritizing activities and optimizing the CMMS
to minimize breakdown maintenance.
· Ensure all
Maintenance and Incident and Accident reports are completed..
· Ensure maintenance
tasks consider all opportunities to minimize downtime of all equipment and
deliver maximum value.
· Ensure flawless
execution of all tasks associated with field maintenance
· Compliance with
environmental regulations and targets
· Stand-in coverage for
Onshore Plant Manager if delegated
· Developing
direct-report personnel through documented performance agreements which
identifies succession plans and training needs where appropriate
· Routine
communications as required
· Member of the
operating leadership team.

Requirement:
· Engineering degree
(preferred) or Technical diploma (considered)
· +10 years experience
in petroleum industry
· The ideal candidate
will have with safety and multi discipline maintenance experience in processing
operations, as well as be able to demonstrate strong team building skills.
