Details are as follows:
Position No 1: Trainee Consultants & Associates ( in Management Consulting) both at Executive and Managerial level (Full time or part time)
Qualifications/experience: A good degree, a MBA or masters will be appreciated. Business savvy and keen on learning and change. Some experience will be useful, but not necessarily important as coaching will be provided.
Responsibilities: To assist the principal consultant in execution of management consulting assignments in the following areas:
· Business Strategy
· Performance Management
· Organisation Restructuring and Effectiveness
· Risk Management & Business Continuity Planning
Working hours: 8.45 to 5.45 pm, Five day week
Compensation: Depending on applicant's experience and potential. High earnings potential, bonus and profit sharing based on performance
Personal Qualities: Should be a proactive person with good interpersonal skills, good English (spoken & written) and interested in a long term career to be in the industry
Position No 2: Trainee Facilitators (Trainers) (Full time or part time)
Qualifications/experience: A good degree, a MBA or masters will be appreciated. Good presentation skills. Business savvy and keen on learning and change. Some experience will be useful, but not necessarily important as coaching will be provided.
Responsibilities: To carry out classroom training assignments in the following areas:
· Management Skills
· Leadership Skills including Executive Coaching
· Technical skills for all aspects of Manufacturing, Service Operations
Working hours: 8.45 to 5.45 pm, Five day week
Compensation: Depending on applicant's experience and potential. High earnings potential, bonus and profit sharing based on performance
Personal Qualities: Should be a proactive person with good interpersonal skills, good English or Bahasa Melayu presentation skills, and interested in becoming a skilled professional facilitator.
Position No 3: Customer Service & Administration Executives
Responsibilities: Liaise with existing and potential clients on serving their organisational development needs
Qualifications/experience: A diploma or degree in any subject. Some experience will be useful, but not necessarily important as coaching will be provided.
Working hours: 8.45 to 5.45 pm, Five day week
Compensation: Depending on applicant's experience and potential. Bonus based on performance
Should be a proactive person with good interpersonal skills, good English (spoken & written) and interested in a long term career to be in the industry
