institution seeking high caliber individuals for the following position:
HR Relationship Manager
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for the overall execution of recruitment
activities in the region and work with senior management & hiring
managers to plan, manage and conduct timely & effective recruitment
· Interprets and support company policy and procedures
providing clarification. Ensures policies are up to date and
communicated on a timely manner to managers and employees.
· Facilitates the processing of company annual Performance
Review process, including performance reviews and merit increases.
· Help to identify opportunities to increase employee
involvement, and assist in designing and implementing these
communication interventions and channels
· Responsible in ensuring continuous growth of the candidate
database whilst maintaining its integrity throughout all dealings.
Requirements:
· Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
· At least 5 years of working experience in the related field
is required
· In-depth knowledge and understanding of Human resources
processes, practices, issues and trends and associated technical matters
· Have knowledge of labour laws, legal codes, court
procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, agency
rules, and the democratic political process is a must.
· Have good written and verbal communication skills and able
to interact well with people from different cultures
· Strong interpersonal and effective problem solving skills
· Ability to work in a fast paced and target driven
environment.
