TB CARE I
The Tuberculosis Coalition for Technical Assistance (TBCTA) carries out the USAID funded TB CARE I project. The objective is to "Decrease morbidity and mortality by increasing case detection and treatment success of pulmonary TB patients in USAID priority countries". KNCV Tuberculosis Foundation is the Prime Partner of TB CARE I.
Responsibilities:
To provide technical assistance to the National Tuberculosis Program in preparation and implementation of PMDT (Programmatic Management of Drug resistant Tuberculosis) in targeted sites.
Qualification:
Medical Doctor, preferably with hospital back ground
Competencies:
Minimum 2 year working experience in Public health/ medical science or management
Excellence communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of Project Management and TB program
Thorough knowledge of MS Office
Team Player
Good English

REPORTS TO : System Completion Lead
SUPERVISES : Surveillance over primary contractor only
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Surveillance over primary Contractor during pre-commissioning and commissioning phases of the Project. Ensures that documentation associated with the effort is available, correct, and complete.
- Ensures that scope of work is completed and that the quality of the work performed meets COMPANY standards.
- Ensures that Contractor performs work in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
- Assists in Start-up operations under the leadership of the Start-up Lead.
- Assists in training Operations staff when required.
- Provides post-commissioning support to Operations once Handover is completed.
INTERFACE RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Interface with COMPANY Safety Advisor and Contractor Safety Officers to ensure a safe and environmentally sound job area.
- Interface with Industry Technical Experts to assist in solving commissioning problems incurred during the project.
DUTIES:
- Monitor all aspects of Contractor work activities. Report problems if required.
- Track and report progress of Contractor effort with respect to Commissioning,
- Monitor job face safety and environmental responsibility. Report problems if required.
- Participate in punch listing exercises.
- Participate in a representative portion of Check List activities.
- Participate in FAT effort-
- Perform area authority checks if so designated.
- Attend interface meetings with Contractor counterparts.

B. 15+ years experience in any or a combination of the following work areas:
- onshore pre-commissioning of oil & gas production, or compression & dehydration platforms
- offshore hook-up & commissioning of oil & gas production, or compression and/or dehydration platforms
- onshore commissioning of Petrochemical Plants or Gas Processing Plants or Crude Oil Terminals
Direct "hands on" experience in plant/system start-up is required. High safety awareness is essential. Strong knowledge of simultaneous operations is essential. 1). Structural Superintendent
Requirement/qualification:
- Strong supervision experience in the erection of structural steel.
- Expertise in structural steel installations.
- Having experience in erection, alignment & fit up of structure steel
- Display effective communications skills crucial to motivating team members & presenting plans in a clear & concise manner.
- Willing to work in shift pattern
2). Welding Engineer
Requirement/qualification:
- S1 degree or diploma in any engineering discipline, at least 3 years
- Must be familiar with AWS code DI.1 ASME B31.3, ASME Section IX etc. & process the experience in various material high tensile steel, duplex & Mc Steel, nickel alloys arid have hands on experience on welding technique & equipment.
- It is a must to have Welding Certificate and attached at the resume/email.

- Familiar with relevant AS code & standard of Safe Work Practice governing lift operations, safe use of lift appliances & rigging training.

4). Turnover Engineer
Requirement/qualification:
- Having experience in Turnover or related discipline & must be able to perform field inspections, climb ladders & scaffolding, work on elevated platforms, on uneven surfaces & in confined spaces.
- Having working knowledge of construction engineering practices & inspection requirements.
- Having advanced coordination, communication skills & having experience in interpretation of P&IDs.
- Posses strong skill in coordinating walks down, prepare documentation for walk downs (scoped P&IDs, work list, FCD, test documents, etc)
5). Piping Superintendent
Requirement/qualification:
- Having strong direct hire supervision experience including the ability to lead & manage change.
- Having strong technical knowledge in the installation, fit up and welding of large & small bore carbon steel, alloy pipe & vacuum jacket pipe.
- Good experience & board knowledge in the installation of pipe supports, guides, spring hangers & spring supports.
- Understand & experience in modularized piping installations & construction methodologies on large green field's industrial facilities.

6). ITP Piping Inspector
Requirement/qualification:
- Degree in Engineering or other construction related field

Sr. Package Engineer
Qualification :
S1 Mechanical majoring in Energy conversion.
Min.8 years in engineering work Oil & Gas, petrochemical, chemical, and industrial project as package equipment engineer.
Having knowledge and experience in reviewing ITB, prepare data sheet, specification, requisitioning, technical bid clarification/evaluations of vendor proposal, engineering coordination between vendors and related interdisciplinary, review and control of vendors deliverables.
