The Candidate is the primary customer facing operations program resource to our carrier customer(s) in the APAC region. Key functions are to monitor service data and raise visibility and focus on the quality of the service delivered. This will include overall service understanding, tracking of Service Level Agreement impacting issues, reporting, and Operational reviews both internally externally. 

Experience in mobile technology and in delivering complex Managed Services will be strongly considered.

Mobile Content Merchandising Manager


Qualifications :


·         Minimum Bachelor Degree 5 years  relevant experiences in IT and mobile content management, excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

·         Some level of experience in the popular culture/entertainment arena. Music, Film, TV, Print Media, etc. Since the merchandising of the mobile content is heavily influenced by events and culture, this should be a 'plugged-in' person.

·         Analytical ability. Through reporting and continuous performance analysis, the mobile storefront should be adjusted on a schedule for optimal revenue generation. Use of reporting suites as well as excel and querying are very valuable.

·         Attention to detail. The browseable storefront will have thousands of titles, all of which will have specific locations and steps for proper merchandising. The ideal candidate should exhibit a high level of attentiveness and ability to handle multiple tasks with a great degree of accuracy.

·         Solid customer interaction skills. This individual will be in communication with both the customer and Content Providers regularly. They should have the ability to effectively communicate in writing as well as verbally.

·         Technical ability to both troubleshoot and QA their work both on devices as well as on the web storefronts. The individual should be able to both navigate the mobile storefront accurately as well as perform QA to ensure accuracy on their deliverables.

·         General knowledge of content providers (local or global).

·         General knowledge of mobile content industry specifically web/wap storefronts.

·         General knowledge of mobile content delivery systems.

·         General knowledge of device operating systems.

·         General knowledge of Carrier networks.

The individuals that perform well in this role currently and in the past have been involved with actual merchandising, programming, and promotional management. This role should go beyond just that of delivering content, processing and deployment. This is more of a creative and analytical role than a technical one.

The Merchandising team that is in place comes from a merchandising and marketing focused background. These individuals usually have work histories employed by music labels, radio and television, and print media. These are creative folks who also possess a good level of analytics and solid customer interaction skills.

Onshore Construction Engineer

This Onshore Construction Engineer position will have the primary responsibility to develop the Construction Execution Plan(s), influence design engineering work to in regards to constructability issues, recruitment of site team, implements all logistical and HR solutions associated with mobilizing site teams. Pre-qualifies candidate fabricators, contractors and major package vendors.
Conducts bid clarification & kick-off meetings. Compiles fabrication scopes of work for contract documentation, specifies tender requirements and reviews draft contract terms.
Leads bid evaluation work for primary construction contracts. Responsible for review and approval of contractor's fabrication schedule and planning basis (norms).
Ensures veracity of progress statements. Specifies and negotiates progress recovery measures with contractor as appropriate. Monitors prospect of commercial change within the contract and ultimately agrees any genuine change orders. 
Dispenses with and counteracts spurious 'claims'. Provide guidance to Site Construction Superintendents to ensure that all construction and installation of MSP's Project(s) are carried out in accordance with the drawings and specifications; monitor the EPC contractor construction progress against the required installation and commissioning schedule. 



·         15+ years of major project experience related the fabrication, construction and installation of oil and gas gathering, compression, and processing facilities for both onshore and offshore.

·         Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English, have good written and oral communication skills, and have experience in preparation of Construction Execution plans.

·         Strong management in construction and installation of onshore and offshore oil and gas facilities.

·         Experience in leading the medium size construction team.

·         Good technical knowledge of engineering, applicable industry codes and standards, typical construction specifications and good construction practice.

·         Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Project management tools.

·         Good interpersonal skills. 






Bawal Commissioning Engineer


This Bawal Commissioning Engineer position will have the primary responsibility to coordinate the Offshore Commissioning Discipline engineers in their specific functional area of responsibility.
The Commissioning Engineer may lead all technical discipline work in some specified areas of work. Assisting with developing the Commissioning & Handover Execution Plan, which details the contracting strategy, management systems and staffing.
Working with both EPCI detailed engineering engineers and Operations Assurance personnel to ensure tie-ins and isolations are available to facilitate commissioning and/or start-up.
Work with Hang Tuah Operations to finalize the turnover and start-up sequences and schedule. Coordinating with the site team, implementing logistical solutions associated with mobilizing vendors and site teams, pre-qualifying and ensuring the personnel to be supplied by EPCI contractor are qualified in the area of commissioning. Participating in bid clarification & kick-off meetings where applicable. Compiling pre-commissioning & commissioning scopes of work for contract documentation, specifying tender requirements and reviews draft contract terms. 
Assisting with bid evaluation work for primary Commissioning contracts. Reviewing and approving the commissioning and start-up procedures. Reviewing and assisting to Commissioning Management approval of contractor's schedules and planning basis (norms).
Ensuring veracity of progress statements. Specifying and negotiating progress recovery measures with contractor as appropriate. Assist in the development of the commissioning & start-up schedule and cost estimate. Participate in engineering activities (VIP's, PFD, P&ID, plot plan, PHA and model reviews) and constructability reviews. Develop and manages the training and vendor assistance budgets and plans. Lead role in commissioning and startup of all process units and equipment.
 Assists in site preparation and demolition activities





·         Minimum five (5) years experience in major domestic or international capital project in the petroleum industry primarily in the area of site commissioning, fabrication, start-up or installation, though other industry major industrial commissioning experience may qualify.

·         Two (2) years of some Operations support experience, either onshore and offshore

·         Open to and available for offshore work.

·         Bachelors' degree in Engineering, Commissioning Management or equivalent training or education.

·         Demonstrable technical competency.

·         Proven management and staff leadership skills.

QA/QC personnel for our client in Oman, a large EPC company in Oil & Gas for immediate mobilization:

PDO approved candidates will be given highest priority.
1. QA Engineer - Graduate Engineer in Mechanical, Lead Auditor, CSWIP/AWS, level-II in NDT, at least 8 yrs experience in oil & gas field construction with min.4 years experience in establishment and maintenance of QMS as per ISO/TR 29001 / ISO9001, review & monitoring subcontractor�/vendor� QMS, coordinating with Client/TPI/Vendors, preparation & implementing ITP/QCP and shall have supervisory skills to manage QC inspectors and multi discipline inspection activities, familiar with international codes & standards etc.
2. QC Inspector (Welding) - Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, CSWIP/AWS, level-II in NDT, at least 6 yrs experience oil & gas field construction, knowledge in preparation and implementing ITP/QCP, coordinating with Client/TPI/subcontractors, maintain inspection records, witness tests and certify results, familiar with international codes & standards etc.
3. QC Inspector (Civil) - Degree / Diploma in Civil, at least 6 yrs experience in construction industries, knowledge in preparation and implementing ITP/QCP, coordinating with Client/TPI/subcontractors, maintain inspection records, experience in general activities associated with civil and building activities, familiar with civil construction materials and construction methods, maintain inspection records, witness tests and certify results, familiar with international codes & standards etc.
4. QC Inspector (Electrical) - Degree / Diploma in Electrical, at least 6 yrs experience in construction industries, knowledge in preparation and implementing ITP/QCP, coordinating with Client/TPI/subcontractors, experience in testing of electrical equipments and installations, familiar with electrical construction materials and construction methods, maintain inspection records, witness tests and certify results, familiar with international codes & standards etc.
5. QC Inspectors (MultiDiscipline) - Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, CSWIP/AWS, level-II in NDT, BGAS / NACE at least 6 yrs experience oil & gas field construction, knowledge in preparation and implementing ITP/QCP, coordinating with Client/TPI/subcontractors, maintain inspection records, witness tests and certify results, familiar with international codes & standards etc.
6. QC Inspector (Instrumentation) - Degree / Diploma in Instrumentation, at least 6 yrs in QC and inspection experience in construction industries including electronic and pneumatic equipment like analogue and digital control systems, transmitters, control valves and accessories, knowledge in preparation and implementing ITP/QCP, coordinating with Client/TPI/subcontractors, experience in testing of instrumentation and installations, maintain inspection records, witness tests and certify results, familiar with international codes & standards etc.
7. QC Inspector GRE - Degree / Diploma in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering. and shall have a minimum of 6 years of inspection experience in construction industries out of which 2 years shall be gained in oil and gas facility construction. GRE Inspector shall have worked as GRE fitter/bonder or supervisor for a minimum of 1 year. He shall have sufficient experience in this field and should have undergone the necessary qualification tests as stipulated by ISO-14692-4

  • Consulting with Head of HR Dept. and Divisional Manager to qualify and understand vacancy requirements prior to advertising

  • Carry out phone screening and face to face interviews
  • Coordinate all interviews with key stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies
  • Negotiate offers with potential applicants and Recruitment agencies
  • Respond to both internal and external applicants in a timely manner
  • Build external talent pool for future organization needs.


  • Bachelor degree in Psychology from reputable University
  • Min. 5 years  experience as Recruitment Specialist from MNC, having experience recruitment for Hi-Tech or Telco would be an advantage.
  • Strong proficiency of interview skills
  • Excellent knowledge in reading, analyzing & making interpretation of psychological tools results.
  • Having good logic & strong analytical ability, excellent in interpersonal & communication skill.
  • Proactive, hardworking person, pressure persistent, able to thrive in fast-paced.
  • Fluency in English both oral and written
  • Computer literacy
