Job Requirement
· The candidate must have at least 1-year hands-on experience
in supporting end-users in a Windows environment.
· The candidate must have experience in installation,
configuration and troubleshooting of peripheral devices such as laser
printers, bar-code scanners, USB devices, and Fire wire Devices.
· Basic knowledge or experience in Java or .NET programming
will be a plus.

Job Description
Support the project teams in the implementation, installation and

peripheral devices. Provide phone and on-site support of the PCs,

The projects are long-term, large-scale mission critical projects in
the field of biometrics, identity management and security control,
such as National ID Card Systems, ePassport Systems, Immigration
Control Systems, and Law enforcement Systems.

The support engineer will provide 1st level on-site IT support to the
end-users using web browser based applications. The support engineer
will be supporting projects across different sites in Singapore.

UMTS Network Integration & Test engineer. Positions available supporting the
integration, growth, and testing of Alcatel-Lucent UMTS Circuit Switch core
(LCP & LNG) as well as the Alcatel-Lucent UMTS RNC. Job entails the
potential for extensive travel and unconventional work hours. Applicants
will be involved in the deployment and testing of 3G technology for a major
telecommunications carrier in North America and will be responsible for

Qualifications:

* Familiar with modeling and stress analysis of thermoplastic (PVC,

Responsibilities:
Handle daily company basic operation task.
Attend to incoming phone calls.
Handle Customer Relationship Management related task.
Attend to guests at reception area.
Distribution of mails and correspondence.
Able to handle basic Accounts related task.
Other clerical and ad-hoc administrative tasks.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/STPM/"A" Level in any field.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is
required for this position.
Preferably Female Candidate, aged 20 to 28 years old
Good communication & writing skills in Mandarin, English & Malay Language.
Hardworking, able to work under pressure, independent, fast learner,
initiative & able to work multi-task.
Able to perform miscellenous job-related duties as assigned
Working Hour : Mon-Fri (9.30am-6.30pm) Sat. (9.30am-1.00pm).
