Responsibilities: Reporting to Treasury Manager, this position would be in charge in giving payment to local supplier and providing information about the payment status. Treasury staff makes sure that payment process are documented well. Requirements:

2.) DBA (Sybase Oracle MSSQL)

Responsibilities:

System Administration - Configure new Oracle/RAC/Sybase/ Sybase Repserver/MSSQL/ ASIQ databases for vendor applications, identify and implement the best practices on RDBMS platform, for the platform configure backup/restore/ recovery procedure/processes , trouble-shooting, shell scripting, basic PERL coding, system performance monitoring using existing tools or RDBMS vendor supplied monitoring tools (e.g.: Oracle 10g OEM), system sizing, system integration, upgrades and application performance diagnostics.

Data Migration: Closely work with developers on data migration activity from Sybase ASE data server to Oracle 10g data base.

Performance Tuning - Involved in performance tuning the systems to achieve optimal performance for applications

Design & Architecture - Suggest and improve systems design and architecture, this includes configuring Oracle RAC, ASM, Physical and logical standby systems, enabling LDAP authentication and configuring RMAN backups.

Communication - Strong communication skills with client / Vendor contacts.

Strong team player - ability to work with the teams across the globe.

Strong problem solving/ analytical skills

Our client's place of employment is a complete Day Spa, complete
Salon, laser cosmetic centre and tanning – one of the kinds in Canada.

The area is a fast growing city with a population of about 20,000. It
is the "diamond capital of Canada".

The spa was built in year 2000; has 2 floors, 7000 sq feet completed
with all modern design.

The spa provides:

1. aesthetic services - facial (basic and high performance) , waxing,
manicure, pedicure, body wrap, hydrotherapies (with hydro tub and
vichi); They have one room exclusively for hydro tub; one room for
vichi, and two solace pedicure chairs.

2. Various kinds of massage treatment: therapeutic, relaxations,
holistic, hot stones, and reflexology.

3. Gel nail services. (Acrylic)

4. Cutting, styling, perm, color, highlight – in the salon service

5. Tanning – traditional light tanning and spray tanning.

6. Laser cosmetic: this department is supervised by Dr. David Wong, a
medical doctor. In this department, They provide: A. BLU-U / Levulan
treatment for common facial skin disorder including acne. B. Palomar
Estelux IPL machine with Green, Yellow, Red hand pieces (mostly for
hair removal – skin type I-III) and Rosacea. C. Apogee Elite 755nm
Alexedrite laser and 1064 Nd:YAG laser for a wide range of medical and
non-medical applications (hair removal for all skin type; spider vein,
pigmented lesions, laser facial, etc). D. Triactive laser Cellulite
machine for skin toning and firming. Dr. Wong will be responsible for
all the training and certification of this department.
