Well Integrity Engineer

Plan, execute, and control well services operation to meet reservoir management plan, well integrity and production enhancement initiatives to ensure high well reliability and availability, optimized production and operational expenditures, while complying with PETRONAS policies and guidelines.

Qualification
• Degree in Petroleum Engineering or any relevant engineering discipline.
• At least 8 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
• Good working knowledge and relevant experience in the multi-disciplinary aspects of project management preferably on project risk assessment and project reviews is an added advantage.

Well Service Supervisor

Responsible for organising, leading and supervising all routine and non-routine wireline operation, on-rig assisted well intervention and entry operation and well services (surface and sub-surface) related activities and perform key administrative work in the verification of invoices to ensure well integrity and productivity is maintained in a safe and cost effective manner.

Qualification
• Diploma or equivalent with Technical certificates related
• At least 8 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.

Sr. Marine Officer

Coordinate Plan and implement the Marine services through integrating day to day requirements from production and drilling and ensuring vessels safety, seaworthiness and reliability to meet business objectives in delivering effective and cost efficient marine services.

Qualification
• Degree in any technical, science and/or business discipline.
• Professional qualification in Supply Chain Management is an added advantage
• Minimum of 8 years in Oil & Gas Marine Operation is an added advantage.
• Knowledge in SCM & Marine application system is added advantage i.e. SAP MM Module, SRM and eProcurement Portal.

Sr. Aviation Officer


Lead the overall activities of Aviation operations to ensure effective logistics activities including alignment with PETRONAS Indonesia Operations, Corporate strategies, Corporate Agenda targets and compliance with Operating Agreements with Partners, as well as PSC requirements.

• Degree in any technical, science and/or business discipline.
• Professional qualification in Supply Chain Management is an added advantage
• Minimum of 8 years in Oil & Gas Aviation Operation is an added advantage.

Job Vacancy Information Management Associate

Chemonics International Inc. seeks qualified Indonesian personnel for the USAID Higher Education Leadership and Management (HELM) project in Indonesia. Position is noted below the project background description.

Project Background:

 

The USAID/HELM project was awarded to Chemonics International on November 28, 2011. Chemonics implements HELM with support from partners: the Indiana University Alliance; JBS International Inc., Aguirre Division; and the University of Kentucky (UKY). The five year project was designed to support Indonesia’s Higher Education (HE) sector in increasing its quality and relevance through improved focus on administration and management capacity. In partnership with the Ministry of Education and Culture (MoEC) and the Directorate General of Higher Education (DIKTI), HELM provides technical assistance, training, and additional support to strengthen the leadership capacity and increase effectiveness in the following four core management areas:


1.   General administration and leadership

2.   Financial management          

3.   Quality assurance

4.   Collaboration with external stakeholders

 

HELM works in close collaboration with DIKTI and, by Year 3, partners with 50 Indonesian Higher Education Institutions (HEI). The project is designed to address the USAID Education sub-intermediate result, “increased management capacity of Indonesian Higher Education Institutions” which contributes to the intermediate result “improved quality of higher education” under the over-arching assistance objective: “students better prepared for success in learning and work.”

 
TITLE: Information Management Associate

 
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:


 

The Information Management Associate will manage the monitoring and evaluation tracking systems, ensure data collected is relevant to project indicators, manage the e-portal regarding content posted and regular maintenance of site. This is not a supervisory position, but requires extensive coordination with the HELM staff.

 

Specific tasks:

 

Monitoring and Evaluation systems

·         Create tracking system(s) for all aspects of HELM information that will be collected, collated, and analyzed so HELM’s impact can be measured.

·         Create a system so HELM can easily and quickly respond to monitoring and evaluation data questions. Manage this system to ensure multiple reports can be created and shared.

·         Evaluate and make recommendations for improvements to established project information and data collection systems and if necessary, draft an outline for a revised M&E tracking system.

·         Develop and refine procedures that integrate monitoring and evaluation efforts into regular management and technical activities.

·         Ensure the data received from other HELM team members is in line with the indicators and not duplicative with other data previously collected.

·         Ensure all files are clean for quality assurance of information.

 

Communications


·         Use of web analytics to support the evaluation development and promotion of e-portal

·         Ensure daily updates and maintenance of e-portal to ensure content is refreshed, accurate, and relevant to e-portal stakeholders.

 

 

Eligibility Requirements:


1.      B.A. /S. degree in management information systems, including: Information Technologies (Operating Systems and database management)

2.      Demonstrated skills in program coordination and collaboration required.

3.      Excellent computer skills required. Strong English preferred.

4.      Minimum five years of working experience in information management and associate technology involving direct database and website management.

5.      Experience working with USAID or other international donor experience preferred.

6.      Knowledge of: principles and practices of computer systems operation and support in web sites, database and networks.

7.      Ability to: organize the operations of an information management function, manage and coordinate the technical operations and troubleshooting for the web sites and database, organize and manage multiple priorities.

8.      Must communicate clearly, concisely, both orally and in writing.

Job Function:
Serve as the principal Banyu Urip Subject Matter Expert for Information Management and Document Control:

Providing IM&DC systems, plans and procedures, and execution training; and,
Coordinating the IM&DC execution efforts of the Project and Subproject Document Control Coordinators and the DFO Coordinator.

Responsibility And Duties:

Provide Information Management leadership and guidance to the overall project including coordinating activities of PT DCCs and the DFO Coordinator
Coordinate the overall Information Management Process, including monitoring the Contractors performance and process in conjunction with the EPC PTs
Prepare the Information Management Plan, put in place guides, procedures and tools to execute it (e.g. specifications, procedures, databases, central files, user guides, etc.) and provide training
Review standard contracting/procurement and project management documents and procedures to ensure they include clear communication of Information Management and Document Control standards and requirements.
Coordinate and support the Document Control Coordinators (DCCs) assigned to EPC PTs with review of document plans, assessment of processes, and issue resolution including but not limited to DFO specifications, Engineering numbering system, Master Document Register (MDR), Supplier Master Document Register, Document Distribution Matrix (DDM) and other related documentations
Serve as the Point Contact for Information Technology issues associated with establishing the Project Information Management System and related IT databases and tools.
Produce periodic information management system performance reports covering the full scope of the Project including any issues that could potentially impact final documentation quality, cost or schedule
Support planning and oversees the delivery of the Document for Operations (DFO) from the EPC to the Operations organization through coordination with the production organizations information management counter part. Act as the primary contact point for document handover.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCES:

Skill and experience in supervision of Information Management / Document Control personnel in an oil and gas industry project team.
High proficiency in Document Control IT tools, databases, and administrative procedures.
Understanding of information and documentation needs and uses in operating oil and gas facilities. Experience in a Production, Refining or Chemicals operations technical support organization is desirable.
High skill in written communications including proven ability to create procedures, guides and training.
University degree in engineering is preferable
10+ years industry working experience in areas of technical administrative support and document management, including working experience with IT systems and tools.
5+ years working in project technical information management assignments with a minimum 3 years experience in supervisory / management positions.

FIELD WELLHEAD OPERATOR (OFFSHORE BASED)

The Wellhead Production Operator is an offshore site based role playing an integral part of the Production team. The working regime is rotational, 4 weeks on and 4 weeks off.

General Activities:

Looks after safety aspect as a priority.
Reports to the FPW & Shift Supervisor.
Looks after personnel equipments.
Respects work permit recommendations and be sure the equipments are in safe condition for maintenance works.
Knows and Follows the standing instructions and operating procedures.
Optimises production.
Proposes solutions to problems on the plant.
Carries out daily, weekly, and monthly routine jobs.
Checks all running equipment, Logs process parameters and reports abnormalities.
Changes over running equipment as and when required.
Co-ordinates with the control room operator for start up, shut down and normalising of the plant.
Follows up activities, and ensures high level of safety on the plant and the Field.
Check each signed work permit at the site and ensure that the jobs are performed safely in accordance with operguid procedures.
Maintains housekeeping of the whole field.
Handling, dispatching & receiving chemicals.
Sample collection for all different campaign.

Required Qualification & Technical Back-grounds:

Educated to Higher Secondary School level.
Diploma / Trade certificate in chemical / production / mechanical.
Min. 3 to 5 years experience in process plants.
The WHD Operator should be educated with Diploma/Trade certificate in Chemical / Mechanical, with a minimum of 5 to 10 years experience in Oil & Gas Industry with proven hands-on Oil and Gas production, well operations (Eruptive and activated wells, gas lift, ESP), well testing and chemical injection.
Previous experience in offshore installation and with Sour Gas/Oil (High H2S content) is highly recommended.

FIELD CONTROL ROOM OPERATOR

The Field Control Room (DCS) Operator is an offshore site based role playing an integral part of the Production team. The working regime is rotational, 4 weeks on and 4 weeks off.
General Activities:

Wells: 66 oil producers, 7 gas producers, 6 gas injectors, 3 water injectors, 9 dump flood, 1 water disposal plus 30+ pipelines.
Responsible for the continuous monitoring of all field parameters including remote platform facilities: Central Complex 10 structures, oil process, gas lift, gas process 2 wellhead, 2 living quarters + 5 flare stacks, satellite platforms, 11 structures.
Initiates corrective action sites through operator intervention or corrective action through DCS.
Adjusts production rates in accordance with company production targets and 3rd party operated sales requirement.
Monitor and initiates corrective action through the multiple field safety systems: Fire and gas, ESD for all field platforms.
Maintains awareness of permit to work system for work in hand and impact on process and safety.
Takes decision to stop process in event of escalating problem/malfunction/severe hazard situations.
Carrying out platform S/D and restart directive external operator.
Communicates with 3rd party for direct feed systems.

Required Qualification & Technical Back-grounds:

Educated to Higher Secondary School level.
Diploma / Trade certificate in chemical / production / mechanical.
Min. 3 to 5 years experience in process plants.
The Field Control Room (DCS) Operator should be educated with Diploma/Trade certificate in Chemical / Mechanical engineering, with a minimum of 7 to 10 years experience in Oil & Gas Industry with proven hands-on Oil and Gas production, well operations (Eruptive and activated wells, gas lift, ESP), well testing and chemical injection including Gas Dehydration, Gas sweetening, Oil Stabilization and Rotating Equipments. Out of which at least 2-3 years experience in monitoring and controlling the whole operation / process from centralized DCS control room. Should be very well versed with handling process troubleshooting, process and Fire & Gas ESD systems from Central Control Room
Previous experience in offshore installation and with Sour Gas/Oil (High H2S content) is highly recommended.

FIELD CENTRAL COMPLEX OPERATOR

The Central Complex Field Production Operator is an offshore site based role playing an integral part of the Production team. The working regime is rotational, 4 weeks on and 4 weeks off.
General Activities:

Looks after safety aspect as a priority.
Reports to the DCS operator & Shift Supervisor.
Looks after personnel equipments.
Respects work permits recommendations and be sure the equipment are in safe condition for maintenance works.
Knows and Follows the standing instructions and operating procedures.
Optimises production.
Proposes solutions to problems on the plant.
Carries out daily, weekly, and monthly routine jobs.
Checks all running equipment, Logs process parameters and reports abnormalities.
Changes over running equipment as and when required.
Co-ordinates with the control room operator for start up, shut down and normalising of the plant.
Follows up shift activities, and ensures high level of safety on the plant and the Field.
Check each signed work permit at the site and ensure that the jobs are performed safely in accordance with operguid Procedures.
Maintains housekeeping of the whole field.
Handling, dispatching & receiving chemicals.
Sample collection for all different campaign.

Required Qualification & Technical Back-grounds:

Educated to general secondary school level
Certificate in Chemical Plant Operation desirable
Min. 5 years outside process operator.
The Central Complex Field Production Operator should be educated with Diploma/Trade certificate in Chemical / Mechanical, with a minimum of 5 to 10 years experience in Oil & Gas Industry with proven hands-on Oil and Gas production including Gas Dehydration, Oil Stabilization and Rotating Equipment.
Previous experience in offshore installation and with Sour Gas/Oil (High H2S content) is highly recommended.
Previous experience in DCS is a bonus.
