We need to expand our team FAST! We are now in urgent
need of the following new team members:
1. Non-Technical Trainer (2) = At
least 5 years (combined) relevant experience in Training and Automotive
Industry Operations (either from Dealer or Manufacturer/Distributor).
Auto Industry background is a must! Initial requirement is someone who
can conduct training for Sales Consultants, Sales Supervisors/Managers, and
Customer Service Personnel. Course Development Experience/Competence is
also a must. Ability to learn fast a must. With valid driver's
license (4-wheel).
2. Process Efficacy - Sales / Sales Management
Coach (1) = At least 5 years work experience in the Automotive Industry
(Dealer and/or OEM). Current position must be a Zone Manager / Area
Manager (Sales) in an OEM or a Sales Manager / Branch Manager in a
Dealership. Ability to conduct training also preferred (for flexibility;
can be asked to facilitate training for Sales Consultants, Sales Supervisors,
and Sales Managers from time-to-time). Ability to learn fast a
must. Should be very process-oriented. Engineering educational
background preferred.
3. Process Efficacy - Service / Service
Management Coach (1) = At least 5 years work experience in the Automotive
Industry (Dealer and/or OEM). Current position must be a Zone Manager /
Area Manager (Service) in an OEM or a Service & Parts Manager in a
Dealership. Ability to conduct training also preferred (for flexibility;
can be asked to facilitate training for Service Advisors, Service Managers,
Parts Managers, and Customer Service Staff from time-to-time). Ability to
learn fast a must. Should be very process-oriented. Engineering
educational background preferred.
4. Finance and General Administration Staff (1) = Accounting graduate.
At least 1 year relevant work experience.
Should have a great attention to details. Must be flexible to work in
various functions (e.g. as Junior Accountant, as Invoicing Clerk, as Training
Administrator, as Marketing Assistant, etc.). Excellent organizational
skills a must.
5. AutoVarsity™ Specialist (1) = Excellent
communications skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia a must. First task
is to learn the AutoVarsity™ system and translate the LMS website from English
to Bahasa Indonesia. Second task is to assist in the marketing of
AutoVarsity to prospective clients. This might involve doing demonstrations
on the online learning system, preparing and sending out Marketing materials,
etc. Third task is to operate the AutoVarsity™ and work with the Business
Development, Solutions, and Delivery Teams, etc. Automotive Industry
experience not necessary. Must be quick to learn. Must have the
ability to do presentations and facilitate training (for AutoVarsity).
Human Resources, Communications, IT, or Marketing background preferred.
Also performs as Training Administrator from time-to-time.
