PURCHASING OFFICER - RAW MATERIAL

 Key Accountabilities:

The key accountabilities of the incumbent are to ensure the materials
are delivered punctually, with proper quality and quantity to maximize
the service for internal costumers and maintain effective relationship
with vendors and all related parties in a well manner. He or She will
have intense communication with foreign vendors and or local vendors
in regards to make effective time line or schedule adjustment for the
upcoming raw materials.

Requirements:

-    Max. 35 years old

-    Min. Diploma Degree (D3),

-      Having min. 1 year experience in supply chain management or
export – import matters on manufacturing company

-     Fluent in English, both speaking and writing

-     Having high work integrity, good communication, interpersonal
relationship, and planning & organization skill

-     Literate in Ms. Office applications. Familiar with SAP will be
an advantage

-   Willing to be located on Cibinong Plant

HSE Engineer (Code: HSE)
a. CSP/CIA or similar Certification desirable
b. Good understanding of Quality/Safety/Environmental Management Systems and System Engineering
c. Experience of projects combining both fabrication / marine / land based construction activities
d. 3-Years minimum acting in a position of lead HSE engineer
e. 5-8 years Offshore experience within the field of HSE, including jacket launch, floatover, or similar experience

QA-QC Engineer (Code: QA-QC)
a. Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Petroleum/Oil and Gas)
b. Hold a CSWIP 3.0 or 3.1 Certificate
c. Certified Internal Quality Auditor
d. Minimum 5 years of experience in oil and gas construction company
e. Completed at least two oil and gas construction projects as a Project QA/QC Engineer
f. Well verse with ISO 9001, ASME, API and other specifications
g. Is familiar with ISO 9002, EHS management system, International engineerings standards as API, ASME, ANSI, DNV, ABS, NEC, IEC etc. and has proven communication skills.
h. Should have proven experience of 10 years as QA/QC engineering in an offshore position on similar projects.
i. Must have valid offshore survival certification including HUET training

a. Diploma/Degree in Computer Science
b. 2 years working experience in related position

Estimating Engineer (Code: EE)
a. BS degree in Mechanical Engineering. A Degree in management would be additional advantage.
b. 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas industry in estimation of offshore projects with solid experience in Plant Construction in particular and excellent commercial awareness
c. Outstanding interpersonal, negotiating and communication skills, since interaction with senior personnel is a key aspect of the job.

Senior Purchaser (Code: SP)
a. High School Graduate (Technical & Commercial).
b. Minimum 6 years working experience in Procurement activity.
c. 2-3 years in Oil & Gas Industry.

Legal & Contract Manager (Code: L&C Mgr)
a. Degree in Law
b. At least 12 years experience with at least 5 experiences in the handling of offshore oil and gas contracts; on the main contractor side and/or on the operator side.

Senior Project Manager (Code: SPM)
a. Bachelor in Engineering – Mechanical, Civil or any equivalent field.
b. The holder must have at least minimum 8 years operational experience in Subsea, Marine, Diving, ROV, Survey Operations or other relevant project experience and a sound understanding of the engineering, legal and commercial requirements related to the working environment.
c. Should have at least 3 years work Project Management Experience in a Offshore Installation Company (OIC).

Deputy Assets Manager / Equipment Engineer (Code: DAM/EE)
a. Fully certified Marine Engineer or Naval Architect (Marine engineer qualifications)
b. Minimum of 8 years experience as a Technical Superintendent. Thorough knowledge of the asset management issues, policies and procedures in the offshore industry.

Senior Project Engineer (Buoy) (Code: Sen-PEB)
a. Bachelor Science/Bachelor Engineering – any relevant discipline.
b. The holder must have a minimum of 5 years relevant experience with 2 years operational experience in Subsea, Marine, Pipe lay, heavy lift, and Diving and/or ROV operations. Must have a sound understanding of the engineering requirements, principles and disciplines related to the offshore construction industry.
c. The preferred candidate will have specific experience with installation of moored buoys for FPSO or similar work.

Senior Project Engineer (Pipelines) (Code: SPE-Pipelines)
a. Bachelor Science/Bachelor Engineering – any relevant discipline
b. The holder must have a minimum of 5 years relevant experience with 2 years operational experience in Subsea, Marine, Pipe lay, heavy lift, Diving and/or ROV operations. Must have a sound understanding of the engineering requirements, principles and disciplines related to the offshore construction industry
c. The preferred candidate will have a broad range of experience including specific experience with installation of rigid pipelines including CRA pipelines.

Senior Specialist Engineer (Code: SSE)
a. Bachelor Science/Bachelor Engineering – any relevant discipline
b. Shall have 5 – 8 years working experience offshore pipeline installation analysis
c. Should be familiar with international codes and standard
d. Should have capability to use OFFPIPE, Orcaflex, and other related software

Analytical (Pipeline) (Code: AP)
a. The holder must have a minimum of 5 years relevant experience with 2 years analytical engineering experience in design and installation of offshore developments such as Marine Pipeline, Offshore Platforms and subsea architecture. Must have a sound understanding of the engineering requirements, principles and disciplines related to the offshore construction industry
b. The candidate must have specific experience with installation analysis related to offshore pipelines.

Sr piling engineer


 

We are looking for Senior Piling Engineer who can start immediately. The candidates will be hired under short time contract (3 months). The person will be responsible for all aspects of the dilevery of the program to what is a very tight schedule.
Requirements:
- A degree in Civil Engineering
- Around 7+ years Geotechnical or Foundation design experience with exposure working on pile group analysis, piling design exposure and jetties design.
- Exposure to design and estimating
- Structural design of Pile Foundations using static & dynamic methods for various installation techniques.
- Planning the monthly material, manpower & machinery requirement for all projects.
- Report direct to project manager
