ECMI Services, PT. is currently looking for one (1) freelance / temporary Projects Assistant to assist our Project Sales and Marketing Communications in organizing two international- scale exhibitions in Jakarta:
1. ICT Expo2008 in May 2008 – the Indonesian International Exhibition and Conference on Animation, Broadcasting, Communication & Information Technology (www.ictindonesia. com).
2. MTT 2008 Indonesia in August 2008 – The 3rd International Metalworking Technology & Machine Tools Exhibition & Conference (www.mtt-indonesia. com).
The Projects Assistant should be:
1. Currently in college or a new graduate. All majors are welcome.
2. Articulate. This position will require heavy interactions with potential exhibitors & visitors, and the organizing & supporting committees.
3. Possess good English skills.
4. Able to work in deadline driven work environment and under minimum supervision.
5. Creative
6. Punctual!
Your essential responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
1. Maintain exhibitors, visitors, and media database
2. Identify market leaders and target audience in ICT and MTT industry
