Requirements:
a. Min. education S2 with relevant field of knowledge
b. Has min. 3 years experience in Higher Education Institution
(HEI)
c. Excellent written and spoken English with min. TOEFL score 550
or equivalent
d. Computer literacy and internet skill
e. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in designing
and running teaching and research programs.
f. Good mentoring and coaching skills
g. Good analytical and conceptual thinking, creative and innovative
skills
h. Open-minded, eager to grow and contribute to the professional
learning culture
