We are 2-3 stars Hotel Group, with 8 hotels unit located in Jakarta, urgently needed a professional committed Executive chef to join immediately in one of our hotels with 114 luxurious rooms.
Requirements:
1. Male Moslem age Above 30
2. Experience at least 2-3 years as a CDP in 4 stars hotel
3. Familiar in handling banquet for at least 500 pax
4. Good Knowledge in Costing Menu, Menu Planning, Menu Enginering
5. Have good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
6. Very Good in both of Indonesian and Western Culinary is a MUST
7. Willing to work hard and committed
8. Innovative & Corporative , have many great ideas regarding new product and kitchen management
8. Can start working immediately
