Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to accounts team such as provide quotation and generate invoices etc.
- Liaison with clients for sales enquiries and payments via phone, email etc.
- Maintain and update clients data in systems and upkeep records
Requirements:
- A level, Diploma or Degree graduate in Business Administration
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin
- Possess initiative, integrity and high competence to perform and complete tasks independently
- With accounting knowledge is an add advantages
- Only Singaporean or SPRs or Malaysian need apply
