Responsibilities:
- 1st level problem resolution before escalation of problem through the designated channels;
- To perform regular monitoring of application system;
- Undertake designated operational tasks such as running application batch jobs and data backup.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma or equivalent;
- Basic Unix and networking skills required and exposed to backup software is preferred;
- Knowledge in Solaris, redhat, windows server, AS400 and voice recording system;
- Possess positive working attitude;
- Good communication & interpersonal skills;
- Able to start work soon is an advantage.
