Position : General Affair & Secretary

Job Requirement :
1. Handling Office and Building Management duties such as :  coordinating OB, driver, and receptionist, manage office furniture, selecting vendors, office stationary
2. Secretarial duties such as : arranging schedule, filing, manage in/outgoing letters, taking minutes meeting, petty cash, claim expenses, invoices.
3. Admin duties : scanning, filing, etc


1. Female, age maximum 40 years old

2. D3 of Secretary or other related major with GPA minimum 3.0

3. Having minimum 3-5 years experience in same position

4. Advance in English (both oral and written) is a must

5. Good computer skill (MS Office)

6. Good looking and smart worker

7. Capable in handling secretarial , General Affair and Office Management duties

8. Capable to manage in/outgoing letters, files, fillingdocument and able to perform multitasking skill

9. Attractive and pleasant personality
