Requirement for EDI Mapping Role
Pre-requisites
Expert knowledge on Gentran UNIX AI Mapper working with XML and EDI
(X12 and EDIFACT). Must have experience developing new maps from
scratch.
Expert knowledge of XML/XSLT
Good writing skills for technical specifications for "paper" EDI/XML
mappings (write-ups of how the maps work…)
Prior experience creating Published Customer-facing documents for
EDI/XML Implementation Guides/Standards – Prior Usage of EDISIM is a
plus
Nice to have – Shipping/Freight prior experience
Nice to have – SQL/DB experience
Must be an Independent Self-starter that does not require constant
direction/oversight/mentoring
4-6yrs of relevant exp
