VACANCY : Sr. People Development Manager

In other to support our business growth in the Group Wilmar International Plantation, we are looking for qualified candidates to fill following position.

Sr. People Development Manager


Competency :
1.Ability to develop strategies and policies in accordance with the recruitment program Man Power Planning, standardized organizational structures, and Job Profile of the company.
2.Ability to make decisions related to the implementation of recruitment programs and jobs in the area of People Development.
3.Able to strategize the implementation of employee recruitment program through a program of internal and or external recruitment in accordance with the applicable standards.
4.Ability to supervise and take policy in the management of program placement, induction, and on the job training of new employees.
5.Able to develop the concept of competency-based talent management and in accordance with the vision, mission and corporate strategy and are able to develop Individual Development Plan (IDP) and the Individual Career Plan (ICP) to meet the right man, on the right place, at the right time, and on the right job.
6.Ability to supervise the implementation of competency asessment employees and adopt policies to program improvement and development of employee competencies.
7.Able to build good relationships with corporate stakeholders.
8.Ability to lead work teams.

Requirement
1.Minimal 12 years experience.
2.Bachelor's degree/ Master in Psychology, Industrial Engineering or Management
3.Minimal 35 years.
4.Experienced in the field of HR or People Development with a minimal level position Assistant Manager or Manager.
5.Able to communicate in English (English literate)
6.Able to work under pressure and strict targets/deadline
