Currently we are looking for qualified candidates for our Client, a Leading Multinational IT Company, located in Jakarta ; for the position :

1. Analyst, Business Systems

DIMENSION & SCOPE
Serves as a liaison to internal customers and provide support for systems and/or business requirements.

Analyzes and researches new or existing products; systems; procedures and/or work-flow needs; recommends solution/action.

Determines and performs related testing activities.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Serves as liaison between business customers and applications systems for development of new systems/business processes or changes to existing processes/systems.

Interview customers for requirements, identify business needs or problems, and determines systems or business solutions.

Serves on project teams and performs specific project work assignments such as cost estimates, resource requirements, planning time lines.

Leads assigned individual projects that includes project plans, cost estimates and time lines that require minimal interfaces and limited business risk, scope, and impact.

Negotiates compromises arising from conflicting customer and systems requirements. Drafts scope documents, customer requirements and definitions using standard documentation; obtains management, customer and/or project leader concurrence.

Develops edits, maintains, publishes and distributes user guides and processing related workflow documentation.

Prepares product processing and/or systems training materials for the customer.

Conducts customer training under supervision of project leader.

Provides technical assistance to customers in resolving day-to-day systems or business problems which may include specific project support or computer-based applications. Participates in inspection/audits and conducts control evaluations.

Analyzes and researches new or existing products, systems, procedures, and/or work flow needs; recommends solutions/action.

Participates in or conducts post-implementation analyses.

Determines and performs required testing activities for new and modified systems.
Develops integrated test plans based on customer requirements.
Analyzes testing criteria for specification compliance.
Develops test data, executes testing and documents results.
Coordinates and maintains simulated production environment.

EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS
Entry into TCP Bachelor’s Degree in related technical discipline And Two years relevant experience Or Master’s Degree in related technical discipline Or Six years relevant experience without college degree.

Movement within TCP Minimum two years experience in B1 Level TCP position.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
must have proficiency with various software applications programs including Lotus Notes, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
Knowledge of business procedures; customer service concepts and practices.
Familiarity with two or more of the following: systems concepts, tools and products; programming languages; product terminology and processes; regulatory and compliance issues.
Oral and written communication skills for contact with customers and work documentation.
Ability to analyze systems and/or customer needs and make recommendations to workflow, processing and/or systems problems.
Ability to perform intermediate mathematical calculations such as percentages.
Ability to make decisions regarding time management and resource requirements.

* Responsible for providing advanced technical assistance to Application Development groups Production and Technical Support and others ensuring optimum performance levels of IS databases in support of our client products and services.

* Responsible for developing and implementing database design models for medium to large projects of a very complex nature. Typical design projects will include large multiple databases across several business functions.

* Serves as the Lead Database Analyst on multiple Application Development project teams handling large and complex Database design projects. On larger projects this position provides direction to lower level Database Analysts assigned to the project.

* Conducts meetings with users and Applications Developers and applies sound business judgment in determining appropriate data security and access restrictions for Databases.

* Ensures the optimum performance of Databases by reviewing and specifying the hardware requirements across an operating system.

* Reviews Database designs prepared by subordinate staff to ensure conformance to corporate standards and for control of replicated data.

* Ensures the inclusion of appropriate backup and recovery procedures for each Database design.

* Identifies develops and recommends new and revised Database standards policies and procedures to guide Database development activity.

* Conducts technical walk through of new Database designs with the project team to ensure satisfaction of technical standards and client requirements.

2. Sr Analyst, Database

DIMENSION & SCOPE
Designs; implements and maintains complex databases with respect to JCL; access methods; access time; device allocation; validation checks; organization; protection and security; documentation; and statistical methods.

Includes maintenance of database dictionaries; overall monitoring of standards and procedures; and integration of systems through database design.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for allocating system storage and planning future storage requirements for the database systems at both the operating system level and the database level.
Monitors and optimizes the performance of the database by controlling disks, memory, and I/O usage.
Create and maintain database objects (tables, indexes, views, stored procedures, triggers and functions).
Assist in defining complex queries and SQLs, possibly coding complex SQLs.
Responsible for optimizing data access and performance by tuning indexes.
Work with developers and end users to develop relational data models and perform database updates.
Assist System Administrators with tuning the memory and disk load balancing.
Assist in determining requirements and design of the how information will be
modeled and stored in the database.
Promotes database procedures, triggers and scripts used to perform the
promotions.
Ensures database backup and recovery strategies are in place and being processed properly, coordinate with Network Services and/or Data Center personnel the integrity of the physical system backups.
Performs installations and upgrades of database software, monitoring and fixing and bugs resulting from a new release.
Provide estimates for work involved in new projects, system interfaces, and
data conversions.
Determine when new disks are needed and notify System Administrator( s).
Ensure all new databases fit the corporate data model.
Conduct technical walk through of new database designs with the project team to ensure satisfaction of technical standards and client requirements.
Provide on-call technical support as required.

Experience in systems administration or application development and database administration.
Skills should include database administration, data modeling, strong knowledge of entity relationship and third party utilities.
Extensive knowledge of hardware, operating systems and file systems is
essential.
Experience in supporting Client-server GUI software and operating systems.
Ability to work with and coordinate several different groups resources to
support the total application system.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven planning, organization and time management skills and ability to
effectively manage several tasks concurrently.
Detail and customer service oriented must be able to work effectively as an individual and in a team environment.

Leads projects for new and modified business processes and/or system analysis that impact multiple divisions and/or multiple business products.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Serves as internal liaison between applications systems and business customer area(s).
Acts as an internal business product(s)/process consultant responsible for
communicating detailed technical information and providing technical assistance to customers, systems, management and/or external sources.
Analyzes business and systems needs, requirements and processes.
Maintains a comprehensive understanding of customer’s business products and processes, systems analysis and development, project management, and systems and data processing technology.
Acts as project leader on projects that impact/involve multiple divisions,
products, and/or processes.

Monitors progress and reports status to management.

Assists in leadership of larger/broader scope projects.
Develops action plan, establishes target data for project, assigns tasks to
team members, documents entire process and supervises assigned project team members on all phases of project.
Drafts detailed internal scope documents, business requirements and systems specifications.
Develops detailed acceptance test plans.

Supervises the execution of testing and evaluation of test results.
