Requirements:
a. Graduate from a recognize Institute/Academy/ University
overseas.
b. Minimum Master Degree with relevant field of knowledge
c. Has min. 3 year experience in Higher Education Institution
(HEI) as Lecturer
d. Strong Leadership, Morale & Motivation Techniques.
e. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in
designing and running teaching and research programs.
f. Excellent written and spoken English with min TOEFL score of
550 or equivalent
g. Good mentoring and coaching skills
h. Good analytical and conceptual thinking, creative and
innovative skills
i. Open-minded, eager to grow and contribute to the
professional learning culture
