Helpdesk and Technical
Support

Helpdesk (H)

Having
Min diploma degree in computer science or management information system.

Have
good skill in Microsoft product(MS Word, MS Excel,

MS Power Point,MS
Project, etc)

Able to
use any additional application.

Responsible, fast learning and
honest.

Able to create
and manage documentations.

Good
communication skill (speaking and written)

Understand
English writing and verbal.

Willing to work in shift schedule.

highly
motivated and good interpersonal skill

The Personnel Scope of Work will involve
include but not limited to:

a. To
anticipate PComb problem, so that IT Helpdesk can notify to user and Management
immediately.

b. Receive
service call from user in East and Middle Indonesia (Phone, Fax and E-mail)

c. Verify
ticket submitted from Service Monitoring

d. Verify
duplicate data in IT Helpdesk System

e. Create
report for urgent and high priority ticket to IT Helpdesk Co and Head

f. Confirm
resolved ticket to user for closing

g. Follow
up and helping Supporting unit to response ticket

h. Report
to IT Helpdesk Co and Head for urgent and high priority ticket

Technical
Support (TS) and Project Admin (PA)

Min
experience 2 year.

Having
Min bachelor degree in computer science or management information system.

Experience
with Windows operating system, server and application.

Familiar
with Network Configures.

Familiar
with Hardware configuration server.

Have
ability to create the documentation.

Having
background Diploma/Bachelor from IT (TS)

Having
background Diploma/Bachelor from IT (PA)

General Information :

1. All position for based on contract

2. Salary for Helpdesk Rp. 1.000.000 with 40%
medical for a year and THR

3. Helpdesk for BSD place.
