Customer Service Officer Needed at Jalan Raja Chulan, KLCC

Times Management Consultancy, we are a well established executive search firm based in Mid Valley City, KL.

Our client is a leading global financial institution with specialized in banking, investment, insurance, fund management. In line with their expansion plan, they are seeking high quality candidate to join their successful team as a Customer Service Officer.

Working location: Jalan Raja Chulan, KLCC

Working hour: 8.30am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday only

Remuneration: Up to RM 1800 with 2 months contractual bonus

Responsibilities:

  • A positive, outgoing person with excellent customer service skills that can make the caller's first impression on the company, an experience to remember
  • Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers with alternative solutions; implementing solutions & escalating unresolved problems
  • Provides customer satisfaction through effective and timely resolution of a variety of customer inquiries
  • Continuously strive to develop and maintain customer rapport and satisfaction
  • Responsible in taking ownership and its confidentiality for all calls

Requirements:

  • SPM / STPM / Diploma holder in any field
  • 1 or 2 years working experience in Call Center or Customer Service field
  • Freshgraduates are welcome to apply as training will be provided
  • Good listening skill and have a positive mindset
  • Able to speak well in Mandarin, English & B. Melayu
