JOB SCOPE :
•       Drive business growth in sales revenue and profitability through
sales or marketing or business development or optimizing of portfolio
and implementation of business plans in either assigned strategic
business unit (SBU) or  by geography.
•       Lead growth initiatives and projects to support the strategic growth
of SBUs, country or ASEAN sub- region.
•       Support Business Leaders  in developing and driving immediate &
longer-term business strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS :
•       MBA with 2-3 years of sales or marketing or  business development
experience in industrial sectors such as chemical or oil & gas or
agricultural & nutrition, highly advantageous.
•       Fluency in English and possesses one of ASEAN local languages
•       Business Acumen
•       Strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.
•       Develop business proposals & value propositions
•       Work effectively through cross-functional & cultural teams
•       Excellent project management skills
•       Results oriented
