The company is planning to strengthen their business abroad, conducting IPO, and implementing a stronger
organization¢s system.
The role shall be responsible for 3 main areas:
· Organization Development
· Recruitment
· Employee Relations
Suitable candidates should meet following criteria:
· Possess excellent ability to work under pressure
· Having good communication skill
· Willing to work on 6 days a week
· Wide exposure on handling various HR matters
