Responsibilities:
•Assists in turnover of space
•Will provide assistance in the conduct of market research and
interviews
•Will provide assistance in the preparation of feasibility studies
relative to concept development
•Provide assistance in the facilitation of contract monitoring and
renewals

Requirements:
• Male
• 22-27 years old
• Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, Economics and
related courses
• At least 2 years relevant experience
• Willing to work in Manila

MARKETING ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:
•Leasing of vacant spaces
•Sourcing of new tenants
•Updating tenant database
•Research information build-up of competition and improvements
•Provide assistance on walk-in / phone inquires and site inspection
•Assists in turnover of space

Requirements:
•23-26 years old
•Graduate of Marketing, Management or related courses
•At least 1-2 years work experience
•Willing to work in Manila

SALES AUDIT ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:
•To provide primary support to the supervisor in terms of review and
implementing rules in internal controls.
•Operations review formulation
•To be responsible for drafting policies and procedures
•To conduct audit and compliance testing.

Requirements:
•Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
•With excellent written and oral communications skills, adept in the
use of primary Microsoft applications, familiar with flow charting
methodologies and preparations.
•With 2-3 years experience in audit (external/internal) and
operations review
•CPA is definitely a plus factor;
•Fresh graduate with good scholastic record maybe considered
•Applicants must be willing to work in Manila

ELECTRICAL ENGINEER -MAINTENANCE

Responsibilities:
•To be responsible for the electrical maintenance of the buildings
in Tutuban Mall

Requirements:
•Licensed Electrical Engineer
•With experience in Building maintenance is an advantage
•At least 2 years experience in the same field
•Proficient in MS Office

ELEVATOR/ ESCALATOR TECHNICIAN

Responsibilities:
•Monitoring and troubleshooting of the Elevators and Escalators
•Supervision of the Elevator/ Escalator preventive maintenance
service provided works.

Requirements:
•Graduate of 2 years vocational course on (Electronic or
Electromechanical)
•Must be willing to work in Manila

CIVIL ENGINEER (Tutuban Properties Inc.)

Responsibilities:
•In charge of the evaluation and checking of structural plans,
inspection of tenant's structural works during fit-out/ renovation;
Bid evaluation and inspection of structural/ civil work related
projects; cost estimate and implementation

Requirements:
•Licensed Civil Engineer
•3 years experience in building construction, design, planning, cost
estimate and analysis
•Adepth in CAD works is an advantage
•Computer Literate
