business, which is aggressively expanding its business in Asean Region, is keen to employ a professional like you to fill the very senior position of:

Regional Delivery Officer (RDO)

The RDO is responsible for ensuring proper safety is maintained in all activities with the guidance of the regional safety manager and Global Director of Environmental Safety and Health (EHS).

The RDO is responsible for ensuring the company's business standards & procedures are fully adopted & implemented within the local teams resulting in the consistent, successful implementation and operation of the selected company's product lines according to the company's business templates and regulatory requirements

The RDO is responsible for establishing and continuously cultivating the company's culture of Safety, Integrity, honoring commitments, striving for excellence, and having fun through work. This includes, but is not limited to clearly defining and communicating objectives and related deliverables, empowering people to be able to execute on the objectives and deliverables, and helping the country manager to hold people accountable for the achievement of objects and deliverables. In addition, The RDO is responsible for creating and maintaining a culture of continuous learning within the teams and among the teams globally.

The RDO's responsibility is to understand the Construction, Operations and Maintenance, Power Generation and Monitoring strategies and Climate Solutions Delivery templates, assess for deployability in all regional locations, modify for regional deployment, and thoroughly communicate and train the country resources on the strategies and templates. Strategies and templates can be for systems such as waste water treatment, membrane biodigesters, ventilated air methane and landfills for the capture and destruction of carbon produced in the production process.

This position reports to the Regional General Manager / Regional Vice President in KL.

As such, you are expected to be / have at least the following qualifications and experiences:

a.. Malaysian, Singaporean, or Indonesian citizen
b.. Bachelor degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or other discipline or 15 yrs equivalent broad based senior management experience in multi-cultural environments. A Master's or MBA is preferred.
c.. Demonstrates mastery of functional, technical and people and/or process management skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills.
d.. Demonstrates knowledge of multiple functional technologies/ processes, industries or functions and understanding of interdependencies of such processes at the site.
e.. And many other attributes top management people should have, which will be discussed during the interview
