Due to our expansion we are URGENTLY looking for a Senior Kitchen Manager

Brinda's is a 24 hours restaurant. we cater both North & Southern Indian cuisine.


Req,
must be able to manage experience cooks
experience approx 15 years in cooking industry
must be well versed in North and South Indian cooking.
must be able to speak english and basic tamil
must be multitasking , able to direct and act in emergency
Able to work under pressure.
Able to control cost against output, minimise wastage.
Must be min Diploma or Degree holder
