2+ years software design and development in Java, J2EE, and or
Ruby/Rails
Strong experience working with EJB, JSP, HTML, AJAX, JavaScript, XML,
ANT, Lucene and SQL Server
Expert level core Java skills with ability to work on backend or middle
tier development
Strong experience working with web application frameworks
Very strong in building high-performance Java systems, performance
tuning, and stress and load testing
Strong object-oriented analysis & programming skill
Experience with automated testing frameworks such as JUnit, HTTPUnit,
Selenium, etc.
Good communication skills, Agile Methodology
