Key Responsibilities:
· Exp in Claims Processing (Insurance) Sign off, Fraud Management, Leakage Performance
· Responsible for negotiating with external sources, brokers and customers at senior levels.
· Responsible for Process Management and Team Management
· Experience in handling complex technical claims
· Exp in Quality Audit - Monitor volume and effectiveness of technical audits within CoE
· Provides advice, guidance and quality assurance to ensure that the technical aspects of claims handling across the unit meet with company objectives
