Candidate Profile Requirements:
* Must have world class skills and knowledge of TIBCO software with minimum of 5 years of recent hands on software development with TIBCO platform products
* Must be process and team oriented.
* Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* BS or BA degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

Software Expertise:
* Good technical background with experience in system delivery, which includes the functional and technical design, build, and test phases (Software Development Life-Cycle - SDLC).
* Ability to describe how to build technical designs from functional designs.
* Deep knowledge of IT solution planning and management.
* Understanding of integration capabilities.
* Expert in data models and an understanding of relational databases.
* Experience with TIBCO middleware technologies (BusinessWorks, BusinessConnect, EDI-X12 (in conjunction with BusinessConnect),EMS, ADB, Workflow (Inconcert, BusinessWorks Collaborator), HAWK and additional adapters)
* Experience with XML concepts, frameworks, and standards.
* Strong working knowledge of enterprise integration architecture and enterprise application integration.
* Experience with TIBCO Architecture and infrastructure
* Experience in Unix and Linux environment, perl script, linux scripts
* Experience with WebLogic platform, J2EE, and Java development a plus

Description of Duties : -

Development Responsibilities:
* Evaluate design alternatives.
* Present and build consensus for designs among stakeholders.
* Design, build, and test integration components and interfaces that meet the functional and technical design specifications using standards and established methodology.
* Create, execute, and document test scripts necessary to ensure that an application or technical environment meets performance requirements (technical, functional, and user interface).
* Provide consulting for application teams based on leads instructions.
* Configure and tailor middleware and adapters.
* Build and maintain qualification standards.
* Monitor and tune business and technical performance.
* Possess strong knowledge of the technical and functional business
requirements.

Operational Responsibilities:
* Develop, deploy, refine, and maintain support processes.
* Monitor 24x7 routine break / fix.
* Perform capacity planning.
* Assist in designing and deploying failover plan for systems / networks.
* Support hardware and software.
* Provide definition for application backup / storage / recovery.
* Maintain and repair integration components to keep them performing in accordance with technical and functional specifications.

Governance and Sponsorship Responsibilities
* Assist in definition, design, and management of architecture and its components and infrastructure and its components.
* Assist in definition, approval, and establishment of enterprise application integration.
* Assist in definition of application integration approaches and models.
* Standardize common business objects, modes of data exchange, naming conventions, coding standards, and specification documents across the enterprise.
* Assist in sharing / access policy with business liaisons and application owners.
* Perform impact assessments for change requests across the enterprise.
* Recommend and negotiate solutions to change requests.
* Promote integration architecture vision to gather support IT and
business-wide.
* Create visibility of integration capability.
