Private trading Company in Singapore requires Account Manager -Urgent

 

Our client is a Private trading Company dealing in commodities such as Foods Grains and Minerals dealing extensively with India, Myanmar and neighboring countries. With a workforce of 3 people in Singapore and looking at expanding operations.

Current Requirement:Account Manager

Job discription:
1)Handling full set of accounts independently up to finalization
2)Quarterly GST Filing
3)Verifying all expenses such as freight charges, bank charges etc
4)Preparing various accounting reports in excel
5)Liaising with bankers for accounts related matter
6)Liaising with overseas offices for accounts related matter
7)Assist documentation staff to verify docs are correct as per LC/Sales contract.
8)Monitor Shipments/Vessel ETA load port/Discharge port etc.
9)Ensure timely insurance has been covered for all shipments
10)Follow up with buyers/Agents for making timely payments
11)Maintain monthly report for rentals received and installments paid against properties owned by the company
12)You may be required to perform additional secretarial duties as and when required by the company such as document preparation, delivering documents to the bank, preparing letters etc.
13)You must be willing to work under pressure and able to meet deadlines.

Following are the terms and conditions for the position of Accounts Manager :
1)Salary upto $2500 per month
2)2 weeks paid leave allowed per Year
3)Medical expenses up to 1 month salary can be claimed per year
4)Working hours are Mon – Friday (9:30 – 6:30)
5)Satisfactory reference letter to be obtained from last 2 employers
6)First 3 months of employment will be under probation and subject to satisfactory performance you will then be given a permanent position.
7) Singaporean/PR/Singapore pass holder
