ON PROJECT TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.Position: Mechanical QC Supervisor

Project: UAE Project

Location: UAE

Start date: ASAP

Duration: 12 months renewable

Rotation: 120/16

Working days/hours: 6 days per week / 8 hours per day

Salary: USD 2'500 per month
(also paid when on leave)

Overtime rate: USD 15.0
(normal working hours per day are 10,
so there'll be 2 overtime hours/day.
Accommodation: Single accommodation in camp provided
together with full boarding

Insurance D&D: USD 100'000

Life Insurance: USD 30'000

Income protection: The duration and payment of the

follows:Injury and Illness Benefits are as :

a) Work Incapacity Day one (1) to Work Incapacity Day thirty (30)

While at the work site: 100% of the Injury and Illness
Benefits.

After repatriation and arrival in country of domicile: 30% of the Injury and Illness Benefits.

b) Work Incapacity Day thirty-one (31) to Work Incapacity Day
one hundred twenty (120)
30% of the Injury and Illness Benefits (whether on site or in
country of domicile).

Medical Insurance: Worldwide Medical Protection

Travel : Prepaid Economy class ticket at beginning,
end of CNT and for
each work leave rotation cycle.

Pre employment expenses: On Company account

Location: UAE

Start date: ASAP

Duration: 12 months renewable

Rotation: 120/16

Working days/hours: 6 days per week / 8 hours per day

Salary: USD 2'300 per month
(also paid when on leave)
Overtime rate: USD 13.8

(normal working hours per day are 10,
so there will be 2 overtime hours per day)

Accommodation: Single accommodation in camp provided
together with full boarding

Insurance D&D: USD 100'000

Life Insurance: USD 30'000

Income protection:

The duration and payment of the Injury and Illness Benefits are as follows:

a) Work Incapacity Day one (1) to Work Incapacity Day thirty (30)

While at the work site:

100% of the Injury and Illness Benefits.

After repatriation and arrival in country of domicile: 30% of the Injury and Illness Benefits.

b) Work Incapacity Day thirty-one (31) to Work Incapacity Day one hundred twenty (120).

Location: Paramaribo – Suriname – South America

Start date: ASAP

Duration: 12 months renewable

Rotation: 120/16

Working days/hours: 6 days per week / 10 hours per day

Basic Salary: USD 2'300 per month consolidated
(Leave not paid)
Guaranteed overtime: USD 1'150 per month consolidated
( Leave not paid)

Living Allowance: SRD 5'278 SRD paid per month of work or pro
rate thereof
Accommodation: Provided by company, apartment
(utilities paid by the company / internet
and telephone at your charge)
Insurance D&D: USD 100'000

Life Insurance: USD 30'000
