PT. Agro Harapan Lestari is the managing agent for Groups' plantations in
Indonesia, where the Group has a land bank in excess of 75,000 hectares
of plantations and mills in Kalimantan Tengah and Kalimantan Timur.
The business model of Agro Group Plantations evolves around building
and expanding sustainable plantation project in the region focusing on
adopting the industry's best practices and deriving operational
excellence. We envision becoming a fully integrated player in the
industry value-chain to ensure long term sustenance of our business.
In line with our expansion plans and commitments for growth, we are now
seeking to recruit high caliber and dynamic professionals to be based
in our Plantations in Kalimantan.
GM PlantationsYou will be responsible for a Plantations company with an
approximate size of 15-20.000Ha of Oil palm during development,
immature & mature stage. Your key accountability will be to facilitate
and guide the operational team in implementing approved business plan
and work program at plantation level, towards achieving the site
potential,ensuring that a motivated workforce is present at plantations
though the building of a conducive environment and ensure continuous
productivity improvement in plantation operations and further ensure
effective resources planning,allocation & utilization takes place of
all crirical activities.You will be required to successfully implement
group policies for the plantations, also building relationships with
community and local authorities, & maintain industrial harmony. You
will be required to review financial & activity reports and other
performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to
determine areas needing cost reduction and process improvement.
Requirements: . Minimum of S1 degree in Agriculture/ Agriculture and a
relevant MBA would be preferable. Total of more than 20 years
experience of which at-least 5 years in Senior Management level
exposure with a Multinational/ regional level preferably in the Palm Oil
industry. Possess strong entrepreneurial spirits. Fluency in both
English and Indonesia
Plantation ManagerYou will be responsible for managing the plantations
of approximately 12-15,000Ha though the supervision of Estate Managers
in accordance with good agronomy practices and Group plantation
policies and ensure that it is maintained in good agricultural
condition. You will be required to ensure that plantations are carried
out in way that objectives,yield targets,business plans and budgets are
met,also inculcate a performance driven culture among the plantation
workforce, whilst achieving the highest level of
efficiencies/ productivity on all levels of operations.
Requirements: . Minimum of S1 degree in
Agriculture/ Agronomy/ Agribusiness. Total of more than 15 years
experince of which at least 5 years in the Middle Management level
prferably in the Palm Oil in industry. Excellent Communication and
Leadership skills.. Fluency in both English and Indonesian
Senior Estate ManagerYou will required to Manage 2-3 estates with
approx 7-10,000HA under direct supervision in accordance with the group
plantations policies and ensure that it is maintained in good
agricultural condition. You will be responsible for the preparation &
execution of the budget program for the estates, regularly monitor
productivity of harvesters and overall productivity in terms of
executing budget programs, and devise and implement operational tactics
to improve same. You will ensure proper coordination with Mill
processing and work towards optimizing oil per hectare derived though
the proper implementation of agronomy policy, and further ensure that
appropriate security & control systems exist at estate locations. You
should ensure that the estate staff are motivated and disciplined
further through appropriate networking maintain industrial harmony.
Requirements: . Bachelor degree in Agriculture or related disciplines.
Minimum 12-15 years experience in a well-known plantations company,
with at least 3-4 years of managerial experience. Preferred age between
35-45 years. Good command in Indonesia & English languages both oral
and written is a must. Strong leadership qualities,self motivated,
positive attitude & high level people management skills
Estate ManagerYou will be required to Manage 1 estate of approx
3-4,000Ha under direct Supervision in accordance with the group
plantation policies and ensure that it is maintained in good
agricultural condition.You will be responsible for the preparation &
execution of the budget program for the estate, regularly monitor
productivity of harvesters and overall productivity in terms of
executing budget programs, and devise and implement operational tactics
to improve same. You be required to ensure proper allocation of labor,
estate equipments etc among the different fields and different
activities so that the optimum level of productivity is achieved and
provide progress repots on performance to senior management. You should
ensure that the estate staff are motivated and disciplined, further
though appropriate networking maintain industrial harmony.
Requirements: . Bachelor degree in Agriculture or related disciplines.
Minimum 10 years experience in a well-know plantation company, with at
least 2 years of managerial experience. Preferred age between 35-45
years. Good command in Indonesia & English languages both oral and
written in a must
