Our client, amultinational company is looking for dynamic people. Due to
theirbusiness expansion, they are seeking to recruit suitable candidates
forthe position stated below.

Customer Service Representative (Cyberjaya) 80 positions!!
(Selangor - Cyberjaya(Pick up provided))

Responsibilities:

* Answer and handle customer inquiries and grievances
* To manage enquiries and resolve customer complaints over the phone.
* Managing and handling customer inquiries, complaints & resolve
within a specified time frame.
* Following up with clients via biz letters, reports etc.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/" O"
Level in any field.
* Required language(s): English.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Cyberjaya.
* Transport provided from strategic locations(Klang Valley & other
locations)
* Excellent telephone manners and communication skills.
* Experience in call centre industry or banking is an added advantage
* Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence
status.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
* 80 Full-Time positions available.
