JCI-Executive Search International’s client, a growing national Hotels & Resorts, is currently seeking for the following positions:
QUANTITY SURVEYORS
Based in Solo preliminary, or other city in Indonesia
Work with the cost analysis of hotels & resorts building or other development projects. Workload includes new buildings, refurbishment projects, building extensions, and environmental projects. The quantity surveyors do cost analysis based on the architectural drawings, engineering estimates and materials required as well as the labor involved.
Requirements:
Min. Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
Have an understanding of the tender process
Must be able to work with people
Possess excellent mathematical and accounting skills
Should be an expert with regards to land, commercial and building laws
Be analytical and organized
Should be able to work as part of a team
Be an outstanding manager and strategic planner
Be computer literate
Have report writing skills
