PEC-Tech Energy Division in Jakarta has an immediate opening for
energetic professionals as: Project Coordinator

Areas of Responsibility:
1. Coordinate activities with Project Manager on technical,
developments, issues and scheduling.
2. Assist Project Manager to review project estimation or plan
to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for
accomplishing project and allocating available resources to various
phases of projects.
3. Review and monitor status report prepared by project
personnel and modifies schedules/plans as required for smooth project
execution.
4. Assist Project Manager in controlling expenditures within
project budget.
5. Assist Engineering Manager on product design for compliance
with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract
requirement and related specification.
6. Prepare project reports to Management, client and other
parties as required, including interim and project completion report.

Key Challenges:
1. Support projects and Project Manager in the area of of
engineering, procurement and construction
2. Ensure projects progress are on schedule and within approved
budget

Key Performance Indicators:
1. ISO Implementation and Project Execution Procedures
2. Execution strategy implementation

General Requirement:
• Have exposure to Oil & Gas Project Management for minimum 10
years
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering
• Proficient in English both written and verbal.
• Willing to be relocated to site during construction phase
