Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for office administrative matters including filing, database management, compiling reports in a timely manner, dealing with office suppliers and cleaners to ensure the office needs are met.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Ara Damansara.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
