 will be provided to assist candiate working on track. Our package consist of
 basic salary + incentive (estimate 50%+50%).

 Job Description
 
 • The Application Lifecycle Management Engineer works closely with Application
 Lifecycle Management Program Manager to address the needs through the delivery
 of optimal Visual Studio Application Lifecycle Management to potential
 customers. This is a pre-sales position, which encompasses major phases in
 Application Lifecycle Management. The ideal candidate should have some
 development background with hands-on experience using any Application Lifecycle
 Management tools (microsoft or ibm tools added advantage) along with an
 understanding of agile development methodologies.
 • Perform technical demonstrations to project managers, software developers,
 software testers, and other enterprise IT professionals who actively participate
 in software development projects
 • Perform proofs of concept at customer locations - gather requirements and
 implement a solution to the customer problems on small-scale projects using
 Visual Studio Application Lifecycle Management and other third-party products
 such as dynaTrace, Notion Timesheet, and TX Chrono
 • Provide technical support to evaluators and pre-sales customers
 • Tools and solution implementation such as Install, configure and customization
 • Public speaking and conduct training
 
 Job Requirements
 
 Qualifications
 • A degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, physics, or equivalent
 
 Desirable Skills
 • Knowledge of software process models (e.g. CMMI)
 • Experience with software change and configuration management (e.g. Jira, Trac,
 Track+, and Telelogic)
 • Experience with model driven software development (e.g. Eclipse EMF and oAW)
 • Experience with software porting (e.g. Linux to Windows, 32 bit to 64 bit)
 • Experience with continuous integration systems (e.g. Hudson, CruiseControl,
 and Team Foundation Build)
 • Experience with agile software development (e.g. SCRUM)
 • Experience with static and dynamic code analysis (e.g. Purify, Quantify,
 Logiscope, and FxCop)
 • Experience with virtual environments and virtual machines (e.g. VMware and
 Hyper-V)
 • Working knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management tools and applications
 
 Essential Skills
 • Software design (i.e. UML)
 • Software implementation (i.e. Visual C# or Visual Basic)
 • Software version control (i.e. CVS, Subversion, or Visual SourceSafe)
 • Software testing using automated test frameworks (i.e. CppUnit, JUnit, NUnit,
 or MbUnit)
 • Good command of the English language
 • Minimum three (3) years of professional experience in a software company in a
 technical capacity
 • Minimum two (2) years of professional experience using enterprise .NET
 technologies
 • Chinese dialets & mandarin speaking added advantage
