Currently we are looking for qualified candidates for our Client, a Leading Multinational Telecommunication Company, located in Jakarta ; for the position :



Position: Sales Manager

Requirements:

- To plan execute business plan

- To develop strong relationship with existing and new customers and business partners

- To formulate and develop strategies for new customers to achieve sales growth and to maintain existing account for more sales growth

- Responsible for preparing of proposals, co-ordinate tender submission etc

- Responsible for contract negotiation and follow up on closing

- Ensure on time delivery of equipment to customers

- Degree / Diploma in the field of Telecommunication or Electronics with minimum 5 years Sales experience

- Preferably experience in Telco markets, Microwave industry

- Sales experience in APAC region a must

- Highly motivated, decisive with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Able to travel within short notice



Position: Pre-Sales Manager

Requirement:

- Management of Pre-Sales activities locally

- Handles and manage network planning and tender clarification

- Degree / Diploma in Telecommunication Engineering with minimum 5 years experience in Telco industry and minimum 3 years in the - Terrestrial Communication

- Experience in handling tender, RFP, SOC

- Experience in networking planning with Path Lost (Link Calculation)

- Knowledge and experience in IP, RF Microwave and Microwave PTP

- Hands-on experience an advantage

- Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability in dynamic environment

- Able to travel within short notice



Position: Project Coordinator

Requirements:

· Advanced knowledge and hard user of Excel

· Creative with structuring performance reports, graphs and charts

· Very fluent on constructing databases

· Highly skilled at problem solving with database

· Previous experience in telecommunication

· Organized and concentrated

· Able to manage a high volume of information at one time

· Works well with others



Position: Assistant Project Manager

Requirements:

· Degree in some area and at least 2 years of experience on telecommunication industry (see responsibilities)

· Team working, great communication skills, good attitude, passionate

· Organized and careful on handling administrative tasks

· Good communication in English

· Computer literate Word, Excel (preferably Advance), Power Point, Internet

· Can work under pressure

· Can work independent and/or as a part of team member, innovative, fast learner

· Good knowledge of roll-out projects on both SITAC and CME areas

Responsibilities:

· Helping Project manager in correspondence, data filing, and database update and make any documentation regarding to the project.

· Identify potential issues in the project and suggest solutions to the Project Manager

· Communicate with contractors to ensure the quality and timelines achievement

· Provide technical support to determine solutions for implementation related issues

· Help monitoring construction budget



Position: Project Manager

Requirements:

· Bachelor's Degree majoring in Civil Engineering, telecommunication engineering or electronics engineering

· Minimum 3-5 years working experience in Telecommunication for TURNKEY PROJECT management

· Possess a good communications and interpersonal skills

· Appreciates team work, and have proven track record in leading a team to achieve targeted project goal

· Fluent in English / Indonesian both written and spoken

· Computer literate and strong experience with Microsoft Office

· Can make a report in English and has good command

· Ability to work independently and part of a team

· Good integrity, idealism and self motivated

· Can work under pressure without supervision

· Has the willingness to work hard and learn and is a team player

· Has good interpersonal skill

Responsibilities:

* Plan and control project schedule, team forming, out site planning works, civil works, material and logistics forwarding, including delivery of equipment to site
* General control over civil activities, including exchange of plans, drawings and other information with customers; approval of equipment layouts and out site planning works.
* Supervision and control of sub-contractors to strictly comply with the relevant conditions of the contract
* Manage and supervise overall delivery of the project
* Establish project governance and its deliverables, including financials and objectives
* Proactively interface with, and build relationships with the customer and supplier chain to ensure the needs and issues of the business are properly addressed
* Provide continued overall strategy development and execution priorities, and end-to-end process management
* Manage post-sales support & guidance, and customer relationship
* Conduct presentation, continual communication with customers to obtain and comply to specific requirements
