their successful team as:
Marketing Executive
Type of Employment: Permanent
Working location: Jln Bukit Bintang, KL
Working hour: 8.30am - 5.30pm, Monday - Friday
Remuneration: Up to RM 3300 with 2 months contractual bonus +
performance based bonus
Missions of the job:
- Ability to understand FI distribution and operations and how it
relates to the distribution of insurance products.
- Have good understanding of insurance products and operations.
- Have a good understanding of marketing perspective:
- Good understanding of consumer behavior (including
trends/facts/ lifecycle needs) etc.
- Able to link the 4 Ps of marketing.
- Able to synergize sales/marketing promotions activities for maximum
impact on the sales campaigns.
- Creativity in marketing promotions to achieve desired results.
- Good grasp of promotion mix management.
- Have strong conceptual thinking.
- Creative mindset e.g. able to come up with ideas, concepts or themes
for product/marketing campaigns.
- Have good understanding of the Financial Services Industry in
particularly the banking and insurance services.
- Have good understanding of the Company's strategic direction,
plans and targets.
Requirements:
- Tertiary education preferably in any Business or Art disciplines
- Min. two years working experiences preferably in insurance companies
or other related marketing field
- Proficiency in MS Application i.e. Microsoft Office will be an added
advantage
