Business Analyst- MNC Banking Openings in India (Open Salary)

Dicetek (Sing) Pte Ltd. is looking for dynamic and committed
individuals who are prepared to join the growing demands of our MNC
client, in a permanent position, as a:

Business Analyst

6-10 years experience as BA in Banking Domain with experience in
technology like .Net with documentation exposure
Must have understanding of how web pages in .net environment works,
should be able to convince business on technology limitation and
providing alternates.
Able to prepare Design Specification based on the requirement
discussion with business, minute details like layout, field level
validations etc.
Able to follow industry standard documentation guidelines while
preparing Use Case Documents, Requirement doc
Able to depict requirement in terms of diagrams like Use case diagram,
Sequence diagram, activity diagram
Able to assist Lead for preparing project estimation and prioritizing
business need
Able to work on requirement gathering of multiple project together and
then responsible for getting Design Sign-off from business before
kicking off development.
Must have basic knowledge of application testing and should
responsible for integration testing of the application.
Responsible for providing Training and preparing Training Contents
Good hands-on any/all tools like Rational Requisite Pro, Rational XDE,
Visio, Microsoft Project, TFS etc
The Candidate should be an Indian national, NRI or working overseas
and willing to be assigned in India
Sr. Business Analyst

6-10 years experience as BA
Must be a Qualified accountant or qualified by experience
Must have good understanding of accounting environments
Familiar with front-to-back office investment banking business
functions/ processes.
Familiar with investment banking products
Must have knowledge of structured analysis techniques - ability to
structure analysis of business, process and technology requirements.
Preferably with experience using Use Cases in the requirements
gathering process
Preferably familiar with GUI tools (like iRise) and flowcharting tools
(like Microsoft Visio) meant for Business Analysts.
Exposure to RUP from a requirements management standpoint
Knowledge of relational database management systems
Basic knowledge of SQL and packages like Rapid SQL
The Candidate should be an Indian national, NRI or working overseas
and willing to be assigned in India
