products and services related to digital cable, IT services, Internet

capitalists,-one of the biggest venture capital firm in world, and
Indian Media houses. Company has started operations in Pune and plans
to develop the team of 150 people in coming months.

Job Location: Viman Nagar Pune.

Roles: 1. Product Support - Lead.
2. Product Support Engineer.

Years of Experience: 6+ years (senior)
3+ years (junior)

Required Skills:
* The candidate should be a professional with a strong technical background.
* Experience in installation, maintenance and support for DVB, IPTV
and middleware products and solutions.
* Experience in Sales support roles including product demonstrations.
* Experience in installing and configuring the product and understand
business functionality.
* Linux experience is highly preferred.
* DTV domain background is a MUST.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
* Preferably should be from Broadcast Media Industry

Responsibilities:
* Installation of network servers
* Implementation of P-VOD (Push Video on Demand) system on network.
* Understanding of Bandwidth management
* Online support to customers
* Integrating and troubleshooting skills on CPE (Customer Premise
Equipment) devices (STB)
* Design implement & administer network infrastructure
* Monitor system performance and troubleshoot critical errors & malfunctions.
* Schedule & implement backup of data and develop effective data
recovery strategies
* Installed and configured TCP/IP services and protocols (DDS, RAS,
DHCP, IP routing)
