Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma/Degree in any discipline
• Excellent communication skills with good telephone etiquette and
passion for service excellence.
• Computer Literate
• 1- 2 years experience in contact centre environment
• Candidates who are able to converse in Spanish would have an added advantage
