Founded in Perth – Western Australia, education ONE is a new vibrant
young organisation. Our core
business is in education and migration
services between Indonesia and Australia with our Head Office in Perth,
Western Australia. We offer professional advice and services to assist
motivated individual who want to study,
stay temporarily or settle permanently in Australia.
Due to our expansive growth, we are seeking highly motivated Business
Development Manager to join our company located in Bali-Indonesia.
You must reside in
Bali or willing to move to Bali voluntary to be considered for this role
be successful in this hand on role you will have:
* Bachelor or Master Degree in Education/Training or Business/Commerce
* Proven results oriented BDM performance or a strong track record in
sales or a proven record of sales success
* Minimum 1 years experience in Education or similar industries
* Relevant experience and evaluations leadership and management expertise
· A sound understanding of educational
theory relevant to student learning, evaluation and assessment, research
methods, project management, and statistics, and the ability to demonstrate
this understanding in practice and contribute to professional development
· High performing professional with
strong English communication, interpersonal and strategic thinking skills
* Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Ability to work in and lead a team to
collaboratively provide quality client services.
* A positive, enthusiastic attitude, with the ability to work under pressure
* Personal drive, dedication, commitment and persistence will be core values
* Ability to analyse and research competitor's data and develop
business opportunities and monitor and manage the associated business
development activities, in conjunction with the relevant target
* Facilitate the building of strong relationships with key decision
makers within targets
* Coordinate and actively manage the development and implementation
of account strategies
* You will demonstrate a deep understanding of our target market,
build strong relationships with target partners and groups and be
action oriented
* You will be excited by the growth opportunities that are available
within the market and have the energy to drive and deliver on defined
