We need Platform integrators, who have direct hands on experience with Alcatel-Lucent 8610 Instant Convergent Charging Suite (ICC). This is a prepaid billing solution formerly developed by Alcatel. The development centre for this product is at ALU Gurgaon. This product has been widely used by BSNL, Tata Teleservices & Qatar Telecom(Qtel).

Travelling expenses will be paid by the client

Job Description:

The person should have expertise in the deployment and integration of a complex ICC solution end to end. He should be able to follow a formalized deployment methodology and guide the onsite team through the different process steps.

- Be able to consult and guide customer on gathering the required pre-requisites for OSP configuration (IP, SS7, etc..) for CNI / DTG documents. Guide customer in network bandwidth and capacity requirements.

- Very proficient in Unix

- Install and configure ICC and OSP for multiserver configuration. Be able to consult on different failover scenarios

- Configuration / testing of ICC services and network interfaces including SS7/sigtran support

- Configure and implement tariff plans in ICC after consultation with customer on current plans

- Support back office integration including business / process flows over the HLAPI.

- Support customer on product functional testing of solution.

- Troubleshoot issues and be able to work with back office teams to drive resolutions.
