REQUIREMENT DETAILS :-

Position:         SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION (Nice Perform Call Monitoring System )

Location:       Atlanta , GA

Duration:       4 Months+

Rate:           Competitive

Responsibilities:

Work with various business associates engaged in the daily care and feeding of the NICE system. Primary duties will include ensuring all call center agents are receiving recordings and that all technical infrastructure needed to support the NICE systems are functional and monitored to alert in the event of failure.

Outcome:

Provide a more stable and predictable NICE operational environment for the call centers.

Required Skills:

Candidate should have two years experience with the Nice Perform Call Monitoring System, preferred version 3.0. In addition, they should have a solid working knowledge of Windows 2003 Server, working knowledge of Microsoft SQL 2005 and working knowledge of Avaya PBX. The emphasis is on Nice Perform System and Windows 2003.

Preferred Skills: Nice Perform System and Windows 2003

Years of experience: 3-5

Soft Skills Needed

Must have effective written and verbal communication skills. The ability to understand organizational dynamics and procedures is needed. Specific focus on attending to, and communicating the status of, business priorities.
