* Software development utilizing .NET Framework 3.0 
* .Net Framework 3.5, 
* MS SQL Server   2005
* MS SQL Server   2008

* Visual Studio Team System
* Team Foundation  Server
* AGILE development
* Test-Driven Development
* Developing Unit Tests,  using nUnit, MSTest or a similar framework.
* Team leadership experience with mentoring
