Cand profile
• 5-8 years experience in HR function
• Business consulting skill demonstrated in the past as Rewards Partner / HR business partner
• Previous experience of managing one or more reward processes
• Knowledge of business challenges in the financial industry
Skills desired
• Technical & professional HR / Rewards knowledge
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure, delivery focussed environment
• Ability to think strategically on rewards related business challenges
• Programme Management skills
• Knowledge of accounting and or taxation
